Return & Replacement Policy

⚠️ Custom Tailoring Notice: No Standard Returns

Every shirt ordered on Elephant Studio is custom tailored specifically to order specifications. Due to this bespoke manufacturing process, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Returns and replacements are strictly limited to cases of verified Material Damage upon arrival.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Replacement

A WooCommerce order is ONLY eligible for a return or replacement under the following condition:

Material Damage / Defective Item: The delivered shirt has physical fabric damage (e.g. tears, fabric rips, severe stains, broken stitching, or defective buttons) present prior to opening or unwrapping.

Non-eligible cases: Returns/replacements will NOT be granted for change of mind, incorrect customer size selection during checkout, minor color variations inherent to digital screens, or damage caused after opening/wearing.

2. Reporting Protocol (Within 48 Hours)

If your package arrives with material damage, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Required Verification Evidence:

Unboxing Video & Photos: Clear photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the outer package, shipping label, and the specific material damage on the shirt fabric.
WooCommerce Order Details: Your Order ID, contact number, and a brief description of the issue.
Submit the evidence to support@elephantstudio.shop or our support WhatsApp channel.

3. Resolution & Replacement Process

Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the material damage claim:

We will organize a reverse pickup for the damaged shirt or provide return instructions.
A fresh replacement shirt will be hand-tailored and dispatched to you at no additional cost.
If the identical fabric stock is unavailable for replacement, a store credit or full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. WooCommerce Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, master tailors begin fabric cutting and customization, after which order cancellation is no longer possible.
