Every shirt ordered on our WooCommerce store is custom-crafted and hand-tailored to your specifications. Our standard delivery commitment across India is 10 business days from WooCommerce order confirmation.

1. Crafting & Dispatch Timeline

Because Elephant Studio specializes in bespoke tailored shirts, each WooCommerce order undergoes a meticulous crafting process:

Stage 1: Master Tailoring & Quality Inspection (Days 1–5): Precision fabric cutting, stitching, detailing, and quality checking by expert tailors.
Stage 2: Packaging & Transit (Days 6–10): Protective packaging and hand-off to our delivery partners for nationwide transit directly to your door within 10 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Checkout Calculation

Shipping charges and fees, if applicable for your pincode, are calculated dynamically during WooCommerce checkout prior to payment completion.

3. Tracking Your WooCommerce Order

Once your tailored shirt is dispatched, tracking details and a shipment link will be generated automatically and sent to your registered email address and phone number via SMS/Email notifications.

4. Delivery Address & Re-attempts

Please ensure your full shipping address, pincode, landmark, and contact number are accurate during WooCommerce checkout. Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. Re-shipping charges may apply if orders are returned due to incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Delays & Service Disruptions
